  • Absolutely. Many clients begin with the strategy and then bring me back to activate it across their funnel or site.

  • Usually from the kick-off session to completion takes about 2-3 weeks. But it really depends on the depth of the customer research. Often, I interview my client’s clients to get some insight-gold and in that case the research phrases can take a little longer

  • “Project management” is my middle name. I’ll make sure you’re across all the project timelines and when you’ll need to allow time in your calendar for reviews and feedback.

    Before the kick-off session, I’ll get you to fill in some bits and pieces, including a target audience profile and brand messaging exercise, to make sure we get as much value from our time together as humanly possible.

  • 50% of the project fee is paid to kick the project off (before the strategy session). And the remaining 50% when you approve the brand voice strategy.

    If I go on to bring your brand voice to life through copywriting, we’ll discuss what’s needed and those payment terms are separate.

    I work with clients all over the world and show my prices in GPP, but you can pay in your own currency.

  • There are things AI is brilliant at (holiday planning, coming up with a new IG bio, identifying a type of plant).

    And things it’s not so good for…like coming up with creative new ideas. By its very nature, AI is uses a ‘machine learning’ model, this means all its ideas come from already existing ideas, somewhere on the internet.

    Using a human to develop the new creative concept for your voice means it will be original.

    You can then go on to plug your new brand voice into AI and you’ll get content that’s a zillion times better than beige. I can show you how to do this.
