Usually from the kick-off session to completion takes about 2-3 weeks. But it really depends on the depth of the customer research. Often, I interview my client’s clients to get some insight-gold and in that case the research phrases can take a little longer

“Project management” is my middle name. I’ll make sure you’re across all the project timelines and when you’ll need to allow time in your calendar for reviews and feedback.
Before the kick-off session, I’ll get you to fill in some bits and pieces, including a target audience profile and brand messaging exercise, to make sure we get as much value from our time together as humanly possible.
